Candidate Terms & Conditions
Candidate Terms are a legal agreement between you and Revamp FZC LLC trading as VibeCrew (“VibeCrew”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating a profile, registering with, or using VibeCrew, you agree to these Candidate Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any guidelines or policies shown in the app or on the website.
1. What VibeCrew does
VibeCrew is a talent platform that connects Candidates with Clients across events, hospitality, production, entertainment, brand, and related industries.
We help showcase talent, facilitate introductions, and support bookings and opportunities. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, VibeCrew is not your employer and is not a party to any separate agreement between you and a Client.
2. When these terms apply
These terms apply as soon as you do any of the following:
2.1. create a profile;
2.2. upload your CV, portfolio, photos, or other information;
2.3. apply for or express interest in an opportunity;
2.4. message through the platform;
2.5. attend an interview, casting, trial, or onboarding arranged through VibeCrew;
2.6. accept or perform work connected to a VibeCrew introduction.
3. Eligibility and account setup
By creating a profile, you confirm that:
3.1. you are at least 18 years old;
3.2. you have the legal right and capacity to agree to these terms;
3.3. the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete;
3.4. you have the right to work in the relevant jurisdiction, or you will obtain it before starting any engagement;
3.5. you hold any licences, permits, certifications, or training required for the roles you accept;
3.6. you will use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
4. Your profile and verification
VibeCrew may ask you to provide or verify information such as:
4.1. your CV or résumé;
4.2. portfolio, headshots, work samples, or showreels;
4.3. ID and right-to-work documents;
4.4. proof of address;
4.5. qualifications, certificates, or licences;
4.6. references and employment history;
4.7. bank, tax, visa, or compliance details.
We may also carry out verification or screening checks ourselves or through trusted service providers, where permitted by law. This may include identity, right-to-work, qualifications, references, professional standing, criminal record, sanctions, or similar checks where relevant.
By using VibeCrew, you agree to those checks and to the sharing of relevant information with Clients or service providers where reasonably necessary.
VibeCrew may refuse, suspend, remove, or de-prioritise a profile if information is false, incomplete, unverifiable, outdated, or if we believe the profile creates risk for VibeCrew, Clients, or other users.
5. Introductions and opportunities
VibeCrew may introduce you to Clients for freelance, temporary, contract, project-based, casual, part-time, or permanent work.
By using the platform, you agree that VibeCrew may:
5.1. present your profile, CV, availability, rates, and portfolio to Clients;
5.2. arrange interviews, calls, castings, trials, site visits, or onboarding steps;
5.3. promote or feature your profile at our discretion.
VibeCrew does not guarantee interviews, bookings, offers, or a minimum number of opportunities. Final hiring and booking decisions are made by the Client.
If you receive an offer or booking arising from a VibeCrew introduction, you must tell us promptly and provide accurate details of the role, Client, dates, rates, and any extension, renewal, cancellation, or conversion.
6. Payment
Depending on the engagement, payment may be made:
directly by the Client to you, or by the Client to VibeCrew first, with VibeCrew then remitting the applicable amount to you Where VibeCrew handles payment flow, you must provide any required timesheets, invoices, attendance records, expenses, or supporting documents.
If VibeCrew receives payment from the Client on your behalf, we may deduct any fees, commissions, charges, taxes, refunds, penalties, or other amounts that are lawfully or contractually due before remitting the balance.
VibeCrew is only required to remit payment after receiving cleared funds from the Client.
Where a Client pays you directly, VibeCrew is not responsible for collection, payroll, tax withholding, gratuity, benefits, leave, insurance, or reimbursements unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for your own taxes, visa costs, permits, insurance, and legal compliance unless applicable law or your written agreement with the Client says otherwise.
7. No direct deals around VibeCrew
If VibeCrew introduces you to a Client, you must not go around VibeCrew and deal with that Client directly without our prior written consent.
This restriction applies for 12 months after the later of:
7.1. the date of your introduction, or;
7.2. the end of your most recent engagement with that Client.
It also applies to related parties connected to that Client, including affiliates, group companies, venue partners, event partners, agencies, promoters, or representatives, where the opportunity arises from the original introduction.
If you receive a direct approach, side offer, repeat booking, extension, or off-platform opportunity linked to a VibeCrew introduction, you must tell us immediately.
8. Your responsibilities as a Candidate
You agree to:
8.1. keep your profile accurate and up to date;
8.2. act honestly and in good faith with VibeCrew and Clients;
8.3. attend interviews, calls, castings, trials, and onboarding sessions where reasonably required;
8.4. perform your work professionally and with proper skill, care, reliability, and presentation;
8.5. follow lawful and reasonable instructions, health and safety rules, confidentiality requirements, venue rules, and brand standards;
8.6. notify VibeCrew promptly of any complaint, issue, dispute, injury, cancellation, no-show, misconduct, or material change linked to an engagement;
8.7. provide documents reasonably required for onboarding, compliance, invoicing, or payment;
8.8. not misrepresent your experience, qualifications, rates, references, availability, or past work.
You must not:
8.9. upload false, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content;
8.10. harass, spam, scrape, solicit, or misuse the platform;
8.11. impersonate any person or entity;
8.12. interfere with platform operations or security;
8.13. copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform except where permitted by law;
8.14. use the platform in a fraudulent or commercially dodgy way.
9. Confidentiality and privacy
You may receive confidential information about VibeCrew, Clients, events, venues, campaigns, staffing plans, pricing, technical setups, or other non-public business matters.
You must keep that information confidential and only use it for the relevant opportunity or engagement.
VibeCrew may collect, use, store, transfer, and process your personal data to:
9.1. create and manage your account and profile;
9.2. verify your identity, qualifications, and right to work;
9.3. match you with Clients and opportunities;
9.4. carry out checks and onboarding;
9.5. manage bookings and payments;
9.6. improve the platform and comply with legal obligations.
We may share relevant information with Clients, affiliates, service providers, payment providers, verification partners, insurers, advisers, and regulators where reasonably necessary. Cross-border data transfers may also occur where required for platform operations or international opportunities.

10. Platform rights
The VibeCrew platform, including its software, content, features, branding, and design, belongs to VibeCrew or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. By uploading content to VibeCrew, you confirm that you have the right to use it and share it, and you give VibeCrew permission to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, publish, and share it for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving our services.
11. No guarantees
VibeCrew provides the platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
11.1. uninterrupted or error-free platform access;
11.2. that any introduction will lead to an interview, booking, or role;
11.3. that any Client is suitable, solvent, reliable, or legally compliant;
11.4. that any engagement will continue for any specific period or on any specific terms.
You are responsible for reviewing any contract or arrangement you enter into with a Client and for getting your own legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice where needed.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of income, profit, opportunity, reputation, or anticipated earnings arising from:
12.1. your use of the platform;
12.2. any introduction, interview, booking, or engagement;
12.3. any act or omission of a Client or third party;
12.4. any dispute between you and a Client;
12.5. any delayed or unpaid amount caused by a Client.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify VibeCrew against claims, losses, damages, costs, and liabilities arising from your breach of these terms, false or unlawful information you provide, your conduct during an engagement, or your legal or regulatory non-compliance.
13. Suspension or termination
VibeCrew may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or remove your profile at any time if:
13.1. you breach these terms;
13.2. you provide false, misleading, or unverifiable information;
13.3. you act unlawfully, fraudulently, or unprofessionally;
13.4. we reasonably believe your conduct creates risk for VibeCrew, Clients, or other users.
You may stop using the platform at any time and ask for your account to be closed, subject to any active bookings, ongoing disputes, compliance requirements, or payment reconciliation.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed in good faith discussions. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Dubai under DIAC rules, in English.
Either party may still seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where needed.
15. Acceptance
By creating your profile, you confirm that:
15.1. you have read and accepted these Candidate Terms;
15.2. your information is accurate and up to date;
15.3. you consent to reasonable verification and screening checks where permitted by law;
15.4. you understand VibeCrew may present your profile to Clients;
15.5. you understand that off-platform or direct deals arising from a VibeCrew introduction must still be disclosed to VibeCrew.
